Updated : We would like a new kitchen fitted, ideally in the week beginning 23rd July (or sooner if it is possible to start while the house is being re-wired). We want to knock in a chimney breast, install a range cooker and tile around it. We will also need units and worktops fitted, as well as a sink and a dishwasher. There will be some skimming involved too. We are open to buying the units and appliances ourselves, or doing it via you, but we would not want the total cost for everything (including lighting and flooring) to exceed £8000. I cannot recommend A+ Property Maintenance highly enough. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. Andrew really listened to what we wanted and quoted very fairly. The work he and his team went on to carry out was of superb quality, including some bespoke items they designed and built at our request. They are perfectionists who take pride in their work and are very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely use them again!

Although could not go ahead due to the house sale falling through he was helpfully and called when he said and when I need work doing I will get him to do it

Arrived on time, phoning a couple of days ahead to confirm details. Work carried out was done to an excellent standard, quickly and to a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
