Very polite, conscientious & thorough. Bash was quick to respond to enquiry, came over to quote right away during the early evening which was convenient as we both work during the day. Once quote was given Bash offered to get to work straight away and the job was done in no time, with competitive price. Would definitely recommend.

The kitchen sink is blocked and usual Mr Muscle and plunger not improving the situation.
Vic's a true gentleman trader, a rarity these days! He responded quickly to the request and sorted the problem within hours at a reasonable price. The 24 hour call back and rectification warranty is also very reassuring. I will definitely use his services again!

I had a blockage in my kitchen sink that wasn't being fixed successfully, so I dismantled the pipes to see what had caused it. I drained all the pipes & was able to see where the blockage was potentially, so cleared it. However, I haven't been able to reinstall the kitchen sink successfully & I'm a bit stumped!!
Did the job to a very good standard & within the agreed timescale. Job seems still to be working as well.

Existing gas supply for gas fire is too close to the wall, so needs moving away so that skirting can be fitted. Floor is currently up so easy to get to supply underneath. Would like a stop tap added in, and preferably the whole fixture (including pipe) in chrome or similar. Would consider option of routing pipework into fireplace which might be a better finish.
Good quick job and very thorough. John got British Gas on the scene to resolve a small problem (which a previous plumber did not spot).

We have an Aquatronic power mixer. There seems to be only cold water coming out of the shower. There is hot water elsewhere in the flat like the washbasin and the kitchen. The 2 pipes leading to the shower seem to be carrying cold water.
Fantastic job! Also explained how to maintain the power shower. Would definitely recommend!

We have just moved house and the hot water tank is constantly scorching hot-even when the hot water is not set to 'on' on the central heating control pad. We think at least a thermostat needs to be fitted.

Washing machine is only a year and was working fine until we moved out for a period of 7 weeks. Toilet has taken three attempts to flush for a while but now takes many more.
Came (same day) without a call out charge, diagnosed the problem with both the washing machine and the toilet quickly and sorted them within a 40 mins of arriving. Friendly, polite, reassuring and good value for money. Would use again.

I am keen to get my power shower removed and have a water pump and 'real shower' fitted. On top of this I would potentially like to get a radiator removed and have a new one fitted in the bathroom.

Hi. I've got three jobs that need attention in my bathroom: 1. Under the bath, the pipe to the cold water tap is leaking. As far as I can see it's around the elbow that leads up to the tap. There's an inline valve on this pipe so the water flow is currently turned off. 2. In the hand basin, there's a leak where the top of the hot water pip meets the tap. Again, I've got the water turned off via the inline valve. 3. In the last couple of weeks the toilet cistern has started filling very slowly. I've had the top off and tried descaling it, but that doesn't seem to causing the problem.
