"Rob worked very hard and did an excellent job. His quote underestimated the length of the job, but Rob stayed until it was complete and did not charge extra. He left the area clean and tidy, and I was happy to pay him a decent tip seeing as he did many hours over the job spec. Two minor criticisms which I think Rob would accept: firstly there was a slight issue over part prices, and secondly communication could have been better (as in giving me more notice that previous job would overrun, and also being realistic when updating me how long to go while he was here) But these are minor, and I would definitely use again."

"John arrived very promptly on the Monday and him and his team worked very hard that day. Unfortunately his electrician let him down the next day and we had to wait a few days for him to do the electrics. The new boiler then had a mechanical problem which also meant waiting for the people from the boiler company to fix this (they were quite slow) and we also had a leak from one of the radiators so 3 days work turned into nearly 3 weeks! However, the majority of the problems were not John's fault and were beyond his control. He was very apologetic and worked as hard as he could to rectify the problems, including in the evenings. I think him and his colleagues are hard working and very pleasant and I would definitely use him again. "
