"As the boiler was leaking from a bad sealing between the immersion heater and the water tank, they came and fill the whole electric box with silicon. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it! Simply unbelievable!!! A very strong example of absolute incompetency! And they charged us GBP 140.00 for the "excellent" job they did! Still can't believe it. Of course, the boiler started leaking again the same evening, this time more intensively and I had to call another plumber."
