Andrew double checked the sink/taps we had chosen with us well before starting the job itself. Arrived on time, organised himself well, knowledgeable and cleared and cleaned as he went along. Very polite, a very low stress experience! Would recommend to family & friends.

Richard was excellent; he did a really good job, was very personable, and, on the day he came round, I was dealing with some other contractors; I wasn't sure that they were doing the job to a satisfactory standard, but without my asking, Richard helped me to deal with them in a tactful manner and asked the right sort of questions to ensure that the work was satisfactory. I would highly recommend him.

Gareth worked very hard to complete the job within the timesacle agreed even though there were a few unexpected problems. The quality of his work was good and he was a very freindly relaiable workman who obviously takes pride in his work. I would have no hesitation in recomending him to others.

An unvented cylinder was recently installed as part of a bathroom up grade. Since then there is a "knocking" noise from the combination valve area whenever the hot tap is operated. I suspect the installer was not approved. I need a G3 plumber to sort it out.
