"My faith in good tradesmen has been restored. He turned up exactly when he said he would, was unfailingly courteous, worked quietly without a break. This is a very old house where no job is straight forward and he dealt with all the problems inherent in dealing with antiquated plumbing with patience above and beyond my expectations. Even when a part turned out to be missing from our shower pack, he improvised with skill born out of experience. We now have our shower working well, our tap no longer leaking and our sink no longer flooding. The bathroom was left clean and tidy, with the old shower and fixings removed. A wonderful experience from something I usually dread. We are so impressed that we are going to use him to put in our new bathroom suite and renovate the entire bathroom.
