Comment I will admit after Rob came to give me the quote which was very good, I did read the feedback given to him by others and yes it did make me wary but my gut told me to go with him and I'm really glad I did. Job Updated : I need an estimate for this job as I do not know. I want a new waterpipe to run from the outside flank wall of the house to the side of the sink in the kitchen, through or under the larder floor. And a new stop cock.The distance is about 2m. The floor is concrete. There is an alternative route under the garden path and through the kitchen wall. Anglia water are doing an exploratory did tomorrow morning to pinpoint the leak. I need this work done as quickly as possible.I don't know how much more info I can give. A phone call would help maybe? The price of course will be determined by the amount of work involved - again I do not know until this has been evaluated. The gas pipe does not need to be included in this job. Original : Repair to a leaking mains water feed pipe and replace a stop cock. The house is the end of the row. Anglia water are excavating the path outside the flank wall to identify exactly where the leak is. It seems to be under the larder/kitchen floor. The distance is about 2m. Need to fit new pipe from exterior wall, under floor to stop cock in kitchen. Seal off leaking pipe. We also require stopping off a gas pipe which used to feed a kitchen hob which has now been removed. This is a small job i believe.

Comment ? I rang in the morning and by lunch I had a plumber at my house. He gave me a very reasonable quote, I was happy to proceed therefore he started work there and then. He was polite and efficient with his work making no mess. The end results were that he did a very satisfactory job with less than 2 hours and at a very reasonable price. I was that satisfied, that I asked for contact details as I would use Aaron again. ? jenny

Comment A very easy experience.The plumber made it clear how much the total cost would be. He clarified what the job would be. On the arranged day he arrived very punctually. The job was carried out as agreed in a reasonable timescale.All rubbish was removed as requested and the room left very tidy. Budget I'm not sure

Job Anglian water state that there is a leak on the mains water pipe which is under my house. The leak is probably under the sink near the mains stop cock.
