Chimney flashing on 2 storey high house seems to be leaking slowly. Water staining/damage on internal ceilings.
Posted the job on Wednesday at 4pm. A leaking chimney - flashing/pointing issues. Quoted by Bobby on Thursday. Job completed Friday by lunchtime. This after being messed about for 2 months by local roofers. Very courteous, friendly, prompt and efficient. Before photos really helped me in accepting the price. After photos to show me the completed work. Great service. Thoroughly recommend.

In heavy storms, the rain gets under the roof tiles and leaks into the house.
Arthur replied promptly to my request to mend a leaking roof .He was very courteous, and explained what the problem was, and what was required to resolve it. He arrived the next working day, and worked efficiently and tidily. He even replaced a broken tile at no extra cost. I have no hesitation in recommending Arthur.

Two jobs, both requiring a fairly long ladder: a) Three bits of guttering have detached and need reattaching, all at roof level; b) The lead flashing above the sloping porch roof came off after the plastic that seemed to be holding it in place fell to pieces. We still have most of the lead, but the plastic is ruined. We'd like flashing put back in place to stop rain ingress.
Prompt, well organised, clear on what they were going to do, when and the cost. The work was performed to a standard that we were very happy with.

Moss is being dislodged from roof mainly close to the chimney and then retained in gutters. Pigeons or gulls eject some of the moss on to our victorian type conservatory roof. The length of guttering is about 9 meters. The back of the house is the problem.
Adrian arrived before 9.00am and completed the work by 4.00pm. He worked alone and kept going until the job was done taking only a short lunch break. No stopping for short breaks he just kept going and declined offers of tea or coffee. A first class job admired also by our neighbours. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will probably use him for other jobs in the future.

The area in bedroom where drips are is about 25cm long. Ladders will be needed as its a dormer window upstairs on bungalow. Its not flooding through but because its been hot I'm guessing the roof has shrunk in the heat and a split in the flat roof material has occurred and is letting in water.
Hempsted quoted and renewed our flat roof within a week which was incredible service. They arrived when they said they would, did a brilliant job and left the drive/garden absolutely spotless and tidy. I would definitely recommend them to others and would happily use them again for any other jobs we need doing.

The area of the work is that of a 1970's single garage liked to an extension of 5' by 12'. The extension has an inner plasterboard 'ceiling'.
Everything that one would hope for. A very good efficient job done well. The team worked very hard and I can't fault it, and they stuck to the quote, I recommend them.
