Unsold Job, Updated Details : Very minor tiling required for family bathroom. Also, require some painting of bathroom door frame (make good) and some general freshening up of bathroom - sealant etc. Original : A small amount of tiling required for family bathroom.
Mark is a very genuine and excellent tradesman - he completed the job with exceptional quality and now my bathroom looks brand new! He is honest and takes his work seriously, always keeping you informed with his progress and arrival times. His professionalism is much to be admired and I have no hesitation in recommending him. I have instructed him for another job already as he is very competitive with his quote and completed my original tiling and decorating job to a high standard.

1) Shower cubicle door and side panel to be removed and re-fitted on completion of works. 2) Possibly remove existing shower valve and shower head (to be re-used). 3) Remove and dispose of all existing wall tiles inside the shower cubicle. 4) Cut out and dispose of the water-damaged backing plasterboard on 2 walls. 5) Supply and fix new moisture-resitant plasterboard to walls inside the shower cubilce and tape and join to all abutments. 6) Supply new standard white ceramic tiles and fix with waterproof adhesive and grout. 7) Re-fit the set aside shower valve and shower head and apply new silicone mastic sealant where necessary.
Reliable, reasonable and a professional job was done. I would definitely use him again if needed. I would recommend him.

Replace a broken and cracked granate floor tile (tile supplied) and re-grout and re-tile a small area (about 4- 6 tiles) on the wall of a shower cubicle that have become loose
MARTIN AND TERRI MAKE A WONDERFUL TEAM. THEY CARRIED OUT SOME WALL AND FLOOR TILING WORK FOR ME IN E.1. AND I MUST SAY I WAS NOT ONLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY CARRIED OUT, WHICH WAS EXCELLENT BUT BY THEIR HONESTY AND DILIGENCE. RARE THESE DAYS! I HAD SOME GRANATE FLOOR TILES I PURCHASED A FEW YEARS BACK WHICH REQUIRED REPLACING AND COULDN'T FIND A MATCH. HOWEVER, MARTIN AND TERRI LOCATED AN ALMOST EXACT MATCH ON MY BEHALF. THEY WERE ALSO CLEAN AND TIDY AND PUNCTUAL DESPITE THE EXTREMELY BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS WE'VE HAD LATELY. I WOULD JUST ADD THAT THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND ON A PERSONAL BASIS ARE A LOVELY FRIENDLY COUPLE WHO ARE MORE LIKE FRIENDS THAN TRADESMEN. IF I WERE RUNNING AN ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN I'D SAY 'BUY THEIR SERVICES BEFORE THEY RUN OUT OF STOCK' I HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE ELSE AND I HAVE BEEN IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPING FOR THE PAST FIFTEEN YEARS.

I just had a cupboard removed for a boiler replacement, so a few tiles need to be replaced, the surrounding areas need to be refreshed with white paint, counter edge needs to be joined up with a cover to be put over the pipes. Photos attached. I also need a threshold for the doorway to the kitchen. There is a difference in floor height between the thick terracotta tiles and laminate floor. Photo attached.
