Glazing a conservatory roof and doing lead flashing. Purchased a conservatory and have completed everything except the glass roof and lead flashing due to the weight of the glass.
Badly let down by A B Conservatories. They started the job and asked me to order replacement parts. However they never returned to complete the job despite numerous ignored SMS and voice mail messages. Would not recommend. Had to find another company to do the job.

I have a number of broken window catches and window fixings that need some attention and I'm not sure how to fix them - I need someone to take a look and quote me for repairs/replacements as necessary.
The job was quickly assessed and a very reasonable quote provided enabling me to have my windows fixed rather than replaced which meant the cost fell well within my anticipated budget. Just realised I forgot to give a rating for the work done. Excellent, very efficient, clean tidy job and very pleased with the job which was to remove a wooden front door and replace with new double glazed door and minor repairs to other double glazed unit. Would highly recomend this company. Thank you.

Remove windows and replace old draft excluders. Add beading at the side of each window to stop drafts. Job involves approximately 10 windows. The goal is to make all the windows draft proof. The House is 12 years old.

The forced choice category I have selected is not right as I believe that what I need is a composite wood type door not a wooden one which is less energy efficient. I want to replace my front door (current one is wooden circa 1935 and draughty) There are 2 small windows either side which will probably need replacing. There is wooden architrave and moulding around the door which would need replacing if removing the current door would damage them as they match the rest of the doors downstairs. I do not believe I want uPVc but a composite wooden look alike door which would be more in keeping with the age of the house. I want someone with experience of replacing this type of front door. I will want a drought proof letter box. the idea is for this to be as drought proof and energy insulating as possible.
