I used one of the window companies you recommend and they have refused to provide replacement glass which their installers scratched - we have been waiting 2 years, claiming the glass is not in stock. The guaranteed the windows but the lantern is leaking in heavey rain and they will not return calls or emails. They are New Look Double Glazing and I would like to warn other people about this on your website.
