I would certainly use ‘Rated People’ again because it provides a quick and easy method of publicising your job requirements without trawling through the local paper, only to leave loads of voicemails and no-one phones you back, and so on. The tradesman I used was prompt and professional, and even emailed me an invoice on completion of the work – believe me, getting an invoice out of people is a rarity!

Absolutely delighted with my first experience of using Rated People. My sister recommended the site as she’s used it several times. We had a lot of loose/missing slates, gutters needed cleaned out, sealed and lined, and perished zinc sealed. The tradesman who came round quoted, started the job, and he and his men worked very quickly and professionally. He found a few more problems with the roof, but didn’t charge us for the extra work. I’ll definitely be using Rated People again. Thank you!
