Can I have a refund for my credits?

I had £180 taken from my account but never knew it. I paid 180 back in June to try it out but never agreed to pay any more or be in a contract. I was also never emailed saying rated people were taking 180 out my bank account. I would like a refund I didn’t even use all my credits from last time which was over £60 as the job leads never got back to me complete waste of time. I would like my money refunded otherwise I will be taking legal action.
