Why have my text alerts stopped?

Hi Barry, It may be that you may have ran out of text alerts. To purchase more: 1. Visit www.ratedpeople.com and click ‘Login’ in the upper right corner 2. Enter your login details and click ‘Tradesman login 3. Click the orange ‘Edit job lead settings’ button 4. Click the ‘Alert Contact Preferences’ tab 5. Make sure your mobile alerts are switched to 'On' 6. Click the green 'Buy text alerts' button that appears. A bundle of 100 text alerts will cost £10 + VAT. If your account is still showing that you have text alerts left, feel free to contact us at http://www.ratedpeople.com/contact-us/contact-us-form and we will be able to look in to this for you.
