Rated People Method of charging

Posted by Brion Pert, on
I understand that you charge your clients /contractors to simply divulge the name and contact details of a prospect. This does not give the prospect a reasonable opportunity to review the builder`s past achievements and suitability for the project that the prospect has in mind. A few people came to see me . In my experience and opinion they seemed inexperienced and unsuitable for the complexity of a building project. Nevertheless you are putting these people forward. Would it not be better to have a shortlist system whereby the contractor gets to view the job and the prospect gets to review the contractor`s history. What you seem to be creating in your business is despair as opposed to hope and optimism.
