Hi Letitia Could do with a little more info Is it just the one socket? If so It could be the fuse in the item that's plugged into the socket? Check other sockets are working. Check at your consumer unit and see if any of the trips are down or the RCD has tripped. Any problems ask for further advice or contact an electrician to have a look Hope this helps Russ .
