Lights and underfloor heating

Posted by Sofia Hoac, on
How likely is it to get built in down lights and underfloor heating in a top floor flat built in year 2000? Do not want to sink the ceiling or raise the floor.

Hi The downlights wont be a problem if your on the top floor providing there is access to the loft. As for the underfloor heating. This is normally laid prior to the tiles going down so again not really a big problem. Just need to find a power supply for this. Without seeing the job its hard but doesnt sound like it would be a major prob to carry out. Hope this helps Russ
