Gas fire problem.

Calum came out to see my gas fire and he took it to bits. He was seeing about parts. He said the parts were ordered but I have heard nothing back from him since. I have messaged him twice and hes never replied. No point having a gas fire if its not working. If hes cnot able to do the job then I will get somebody else but it would be nice if there had been some contact as ive already said, he took my fire to bits. Thanks.
