Multi zone under floor?

Hi all. I have a large room with underfloor heating. It’s 4 zones, controlled by two thermostats. Room size is 65’ by 14’ with high ceilings. My question; is it best to have the whole room on one thermostat or to let the end of the room not overly used to be cooler than the living area? Any advice welcome!!
