Not sure on course of action to take?

Our bedroom has 3 outside walls - it is quite cold and the walls seem quite damp in the corners. We have changed from under floor heating to gas central heating (there is one large double radiator and 2 windows in the room - it does not have any air vents//bricks). Would external rendering help or would something internal be better?
