Bowing Window

Had a bigger Bathroom window installed many years ago and it's bowing,I'm assuming they never fitted anything to support the weight so the bricks are dropping onto the window and causing it to bow.
Is this a major job and do I need a Bricklayer or general builder etc to put this right please?
