Repointing Wall

I have called 3 tradesmen to give me a quotation, the work involves 1) Restoring a wall damaged by a car hit size of 2mtr to 2mtr or so 2) building a new wall appx 2.5mtr x 2.5mtr 3) restoring some loose bricks on chimney 4) repointing massive wall from outside size may be 45 sqft x 35 sqft I have received 3 different quotation I do not get the idea to whom I should give the work to 1 - 4500 for all the above work 2 - 1200 - for all the above work 3 - 1150 without repointing the brickwall no(4) in my question I am confused with quotations and worried towards quality, & excesses amounts please help me who is correctly quoting me correct for above work

the higher quote seems more realistic than lower quotes although 3rd quote as not included pointing so may be get separate quote for pointing then compare
