I am considering buying a mid-terrace London property. The homes on either side have very good brickwork, and so there is a good chance that the brick is also nice for this home. Wondering what a general cost range would be, assuming repointing would be required along with some repairs. (Understand all projects are different, etc., just looking for a general guide range.)
