Currently have a ~1sqm,single storey extension at rear of house. Would like to extend this (~3sqm).Would we need planning permission?(ground floor masionette)Tx

Hello Frances, yes you do need planning permission and the best way to sort this out is making a appointment with your local planning department in the council, they shall give you more advice and help you need.
