The lintel above my front window looks cracked horizontally - although there are no corresponding cracks in the wall around it. Cosmetic or structural damage?

It is 99.9% cosmetic rather than structural, in my opion this would not cause any more damage all the time the window is in position.

It is more than likely cosmetic as they are reinforced with bars but just monitor it
