Is a budget of £1,000 realistic for a utillity room extension 9`x 7`x 8`, just foootings, brickwork and roof. Have got bricks, joists and roofing boards.

No, sorry, you need to think at least £3,500

hi nigel no dont think that a £1000 will cover it you need to be looking at 2.500-3500
