Ianto, If you want to project manage the whole job yourself then individual tradesmen would probably be cheaper, but if you want to leave the job in the hands of another person, then I would use some-one that can do the lot. But I would make sure that they have individual tradesmen that specialise in one field, e.g. Electrician, Plasterer, Tiler, etc. Bill
