You say repair, does that mean the walls are allowing moisture through? If your surveyor says the walls are structurally sound maybe build a stud wall or batten the inside, infill will Solid Insulation fit plasterboard and skim finish. If the external render is in a state of disrepair hack it off, fix mesh to the walls and re-render with waterproof render.
