Ventilation was issue in bathroom, sealed windows, no vents until recently. It's a ground floor extension, at least 10 years old, don't recall seeing airbricks

If it is a solid concrete floor then there is no need to vent underneath that particular part of the property, if there is a void under the floor (timber or block & beam) then it needs to be vented. Like Karl says mechanical ventilation will help also.
