Derek is right, that is 0.735 cubic metres. Bulk bags hold a bit less than that but i assume you are making a concrete slab (Shed base perhaps??) so the cement content will make up any difference. Be careful though, that slab is a little on the thin side so unless you are laying it on a Solid sub base it might be an idea to reinforce it with a bit of steel to stop it cracking in future.
