I would like to replace a lean to with a brick extension. What planning permission do I need? Would I need architect' s drawing?

Yes you will need drawings and a spec. You will need to pass these on to builders so that they know exactly what you require when quoting. You also need the drawings for Local authority Planning and Building Control. Full Planning permission may not be needed however, your architect will advise on this.

What would you like to do now?
