Do i need planning permission for a single storey extension on a semi detatched house. would be 3m deep and 6m wide with a lean to roof ?

You can build it as big as you want so long as it doesn't cover more than a third of the garden and no higher than 2 and a half metres high just need to notify planning you don't need planning permission
