Chimney breast removal

We have started removing a chimney breast in the bathroom that just has a sloped roof above it. The chimney stack has already been removed and the breast below in the kitchen has been removed. When we took the render of the bathroom chimney, we found the front of the chimnney was not supported just balancing on the other bricks. There is a big hole in the floor with no joist and the rubble is falling though onto the plasterwork below. When the chimney stack was taken down on the roof, they have not built up the beams, and there is a big hole with no supports....can someone please advise what we need to do
