I have a draft coming into my downstairs WC from the area where the soil pipe goes into the wall. During the winter the water supply to both the toilet and the sink freezes. Also there is a draft from beneath my kitchen units and the cupboards are always cold. Who would be the best trade to investigate these problems and advise on how to resolve
