Recommended property survey type (not selling house)

I want to install gas central heating, fitted wardrobes, new fascias and soffits and solar panels. Before I do I want a survey done to check energy efficiency, damp & roof structure. Is there a particular type of survey I should have or that will cover off all elements before I build?
