What type of tradesman...??

I have a few jobs but not sure what type of tradesman I need; 1. Damaged floorboards in the bathroom that need replacing due to to previous leak - joiner or bathroom specialist? 2. Leaky roof (suspect chimney stack) - roofer or builder?
