Water damage

I have water damage in different areas on my ceiling from a suspected leek from my upstairs neighbour.
I need it to be investigated so an insurance claim can be processed.

The insurance company will have a team that specialises in just such an event, should you want a builder to assess the problem, I suggest you pay him for his time.
