I want to have a double garage built within the 30Sq Meter rules and therefore avoiding planning permission. I'm not sure if I should go with a prefab or brick/block built. What is a ball park figure for constructing a 30SQ Meter garage with double barn door and laying the base? I wouldn’t know if this would be £4K or £14K!
