Hi - Then fence in my back yard is pretty rubbish and not really high enough, no privacy. I'd like to rip it down and build a brick wall to about waist-height, topped with a wooden fence to a height of about seven and a half feet, with a nice new gate to surround my whole yard. House is a victorian end-terrace, do I need planning permission to do this?
