Could you provide a rough range of estimates for completely rennovating and reconfiguring internal walls, bathrooms (3) and fitting a kitchen in a 230sqm house.
Also need to repair all external windows (15),remove garage and convert concrete courtyard ibto a garden (35sqm).
Pls split labour and materials.aiming for a good specification finish (natural materials).
