Arquitect or Builder first?.

Posted by Rosa Garcia, on
I have a project in mind that can be done in different stages but it will involve the whole house and likely I will need planning permission (garage, garden, kitchen, loft, stairs, additional bedroom extension). Where do I start first? do I get the drawings from the Arquitect first and apply for planning permission or shall I get the builder first and from there get the drawings, planning permission and so on?

Hi Rosa, If you think you need planning permission, explain to an Architect what you would like doing, it is then easier to show a reputable builder the plans and he can take it from there. Kind regards Paul Davis Total roofing care.
