Got a new build style house and garage so the exposed beams in the garage probably won't take the weight of a heavy (80kg) punch bag so considering getting a quote for a metal beam to be fitted along the ceiling of the garage and a heavy bag hung off it. Or a suitably strong bracket on the side wall of the garage to hang the bag from a chain.
