Refurbish my flat (incl. bathroom and kitchen) but no structural work.

Hello, I would like to refurbish my new flat (new floors and carpets, painting, some small electrical work, new bathroom and new kitchen). No structural changes. The flat is 65 m2 and it is near Holloway road station in London. How can I advertise this kind of job on your website? And do I need any planning permission? Thanks!
