I want to remove a small wall ( 2ft wide) that blocks in utility room in my kitchen.
I know the neighbours upstairs have theirs removed but i dont know how to tell if it is structural or not.
i can afford a builder to remove wall and plaster but maybe not a structural engineer.
any advice appreciated
