Firstly, the water leak is the responsibility of the driveway contractor. There are two ways to treat this, 1) remove the driveway to gain access to the defect in the wall. 2) treat the wall or floor from the garage side. Option one is the most destructive , option two is the most expensive . Without seeing the exact circumstances , I can't say which would be most effective but usually it's better to do the adjustments from the driveway side. Get a reputable damp company that knows about tanking or resin injection.
