Who can I ask in the Swindon, Wiltshire area to establish or confirm cause of building cracks i.e. is vibration from heavy vehicles crossing speed hump / bump the cause or is there a building issue. A statement for cause of problem together with a quote for reconciliation work is required for building insurance or local authority actions.
