hello the roofing company like myself would take up the slabs make all the balcony watertight , then usually get a builder or tile to re do the slabs or tiles to your choice. many thanks james
Who would take up slabs on a leaking balcony terrace please - builder?

Balcony terrace is slabbed but leaking. Needs slabs taking up along with old morter. Needs waterproofing properly and screeding until we decide whether to tile or slab. Currently leaking through newly rendered wall underneath above garage, and also leaking into garage.
