I would like to know when a house was built. It is at
69 Langley Park Road, SUTTON, SM2 5HA
and is one of a terrace of four. Sutton Council said planning permission was granted on 01 December 1972 but didn't know the build date.
Is there a developer or builder out there who was involved and can tell me when the house was actually built.
