Damp problem caused by condensation

I have a downstairs flat in a maisonette type house. Three walls of the bedroom are external walls, and there is a terrace above the bedroom. I have a damp problem in the bedroom and a bit in the bathroom. The bedroom's ceiling is the most problematic. Any advice relating to this problem and also fixing the ceiling would be most appreciated. Thank you, Mrs Page

I would recommend buying a cheap hygrometer to determine if it is only condensation . If the humidity is above 65% , it's humidity, firstly . Google a fan called a HRV150-12 hour , this is the best fan you can get for humidity control . There may be other contributing factors but humidity is the one to sort first .
