Complete house rennovation - what is the best category to post in?

I need a information for a variety of jobs within my house, including rewiring, boiler replacement, pipe / radiator checking, damp removal, guttering and extension work. Rather than sub divide this amongst the specialists, is it possible to post a general description of the work needed and get a repsonse? If so should I post it under Builder or another subcategory?
