Should I use a builder or a plumber as my main tradesman?

Posted by Philippa Bayfield, on
I have a one bedroom cottage with bathroom and bedroom next ot each other. I want to turn exisiting bathroom into a second bedroom and take space from exisiting bedroom to create a new bathroom inbetween the two bedrooms. This will require moving the plumbing as well as building work. Should I use a builder or a plumber as my main tradesman or are there tradesmen who can do the whole lot? Any advice appreciated, thanks!

You should be able to find a bathroom specialist who will undertake this work for you. From your description it doesn't sound as if there will be any structural work required, just moving the plumbing and building partition walls.
